Judith Britton

Judy is a 17-year veteran of the real estate industry. She began her career in the Howard County, Maryland real estate market in 1990, when interest rates were high and sales were scarce. Judy understands the complexities of selling in all markets, especially in a down market. Judy knows the urgency involved for the seller, as well as the procurement of homes from the buyer’s point of view. She is an expert at navigating the sales cycle for product acquisition and delivery.

Judy worked as a Community Sales Manager for Ryland Homes for 17 years. Her role as the community manager involved a wide range of services. She is well known in the Maryland Real Estate arena for her tenacity and her selling skills. Judy has received numerous awards and accolades from the National Home Builders Association, the Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of Maryland, and the Mid Atlantic Region of Ryland Homes. With sales totaling upwards of 52 million dollars within a 5 year period, Judy is well equipped to close the transaction.

In addition to her superior sales ability, Judy also has an extensive knowledge of construction which includes reading site development plans, architectural drawings, and community site maps, just to name a few.
